Article 1:Subject

The present Terms and Conditions legally frame the use of the services of the website www.letstalkstudents.com (hereafter called the "Website").

Constituting the contract between the company JEDA and the User, the access to the Site must be preceded by the acceptance of these Terms. The access to this platform means the acceptance of the present Terms.

The purpose of this website is to inform the public about our activities and our services.

Article 2 : Legal notice

The edition of the website www.letstalkstudents.com is ensured by the company JEDA, registered with the siret 901 891 549 R.C.S. Paris whose head office is located in 128 rue de La Boétie 75008 Paris, France.

Article 3 : Access to the Site

The Site is accessible free of charge in any place and to any user having an access to Internet. All costs necessary for access to the services (computer equipment, Internet connection...) are at the user's expense.

For maintenance or other reasons, access to the Site may be interrupted or suspended by the publisher without notice or justification.

Article 4: Data collection

For the creation of the User's account, the collection of information at the time of registration on the Site is necessary and mandatory.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 and the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the collection and processing of personal information is carried out in respect of privacy. Article 5 : Intellectual property

The brands, logos as well as the contents of the site www.letstalkstudents.com (computer developments and software, databases, documentations, reports, innovations, visual elements, graphics, texts...) are the property of the Company JEDA. They are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and more particularly by the copyright.

The user must request the prior authorization of the Site for any reproduction, publication, copy of the different contents. The user undertakes to use the contents of the Site in a strictly private context; any use for commercial and advertising purposes is strictly prohibited.

Any total or partial reproduction of the Site by any process whatsoever, without the express permission of the operator of the Website would constitute an infringement punishable by Article L 335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property. It is recalled that in accordance with Article L 122-5 of the Code of Intellectual Property that the User who reproduces, copies or publishes the protected content must cite the author and its source.

Article 6 : Responsibilities

By accessing the Site, he/she agrees to use it in accordance with French law and the law of his/her country of residence.  Although the information published on the Site is deemed reliable, the Site does not guarantee that it is free of defects, errors or omissions. Article 8 : Cookies

The Site has the right to exercise a priori moderation on the publications and can refuse to put them online without having to provide justification.

The member retains all his intellectual property rights. However, any publication on the Site implies the delegation of the non-exclusive and free right to the publishing company to represent, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute and disseminate the publication anywhere and on any medium for the duration of the intellectual property. This can be done directly or through an authorized third party. This applies in particular to the right to use the publication on the web and on cell phone networks.

The publisher undertakes to mention the name of the member in the vicinity of the publication for each use. The member is held responsible for any content he/she puts online. He/she undertakes not to publish any content that could harm the interests of third parties. Any legal proceedings initiated by an injured third party against the Site shall be borne by the member. The deletion or modification by the Site of the content of the member, can be done at any time, for any reason and without notice.

Article 10 : Duration of the contract

This contract is valid for an indefinite period. The beginning of the use of the services of the Site marks the application of the contract about the User.

Article 11: Applicable law and jurisdiction

This contract is subject to French law. The absence of amicable resolution of the cases of litigation between the parties implies the exclusive competence of the Commercial Court of Paris which is thus competent to settle the litigation.

Article 12 : Miscellaneous provisions

The present Terms and Conditions are likely to be modified by the company JEDA to take into account, in particular and without this list being restrictive, the regulatory evolutions, the improvements brought to the Website and any modification intervened in the conditions of use.
